Terms

Terms and conditions.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Range Pack website and the purchase of products from TK Packaging Ltd. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Range Pack is a trading brand of TK Packaging Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 06942188. Registered office: Unit 4 & 5 Caxton Gate, Caxton Way, Stevenage, SG1 2UR, United Kingdom. Email: info@rangepack.co.uk.

2.1 Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and be legally capable of entering into a contract. You must provide accurate account, contact, delivery and payment information and keep your login credentials secure. These Terms are written for consumers; if you purchase for business purposes, some statutory consumer protections may not apply to you.

2.2 Products and product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product names, descriptions, prices, pack quantities, dimensions, images and material information are accurate. Product images are illustrative; colour and print may vary slightly between manufacturing batches. Stated dimensions and weights are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Material, recycled-content and recyclability information is provided from information supplied by manufacturers and suppliers. We describe a product as certified only where the relevant certification has been verified and the scope of the claim is clear; we do not otherwise make certification claims.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, suspend a product, correct information or withdraw a product where reasonably necessary.

2.3 Orders and contract formation

When you submit an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your basket. An automated acknowledgement confirms only that we have received the order. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation stating that we have accepted the order.

We may decline an order before acceptance where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or there is an obvious pricing error. If, after acceptance, we are unable to supply an item or complete delivery, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a substitute offered for your approval, a revised dispatch arrangement or a refund. If payment has been taken for an order or item that we do not supply, we will refund the relevant amount promptly.

2.4 Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges, discounts and the final total are shown before you place the order. Payment is processed by the payment methods displayed at checkout. At checkout, the payment button will clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay. A VAT invoice is available for every order.

If a price is obviously incorrect and you knew or reasonably should have known that it was an error, we may reject the order or cancel it before supply and refund the amount paid. This does not affect your rights where an order has been validly accepted and the law requires supply at the agreed price.

2.5 Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed with the offer and product availability. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred, cannot be combined and may be withdrawn or corrected where published in error, provided this does not affect an order already validly accepted.

The WELCOME10 offer provides 10% off one eligible first order by a new customer, subject to successful application of the code at checkout. It is limited to one use per customer and applies to products, not to the delivery charge. Orders of £40 or more qualify for free standard delivery under the Delivery Policy.

2.6 Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom by tracked courier, subject to stock. Orders placed by the displayed cut-off (normally 2pm on a working day) are dispatched the same working day; otherwise dispatch is the next working day. The current delivery estimate, charges and any remote-area differences are set out in the Delivery Policy and shown before payment.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly confirmed. If an event outside our reasonable control affects delivery, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and minimise disruption. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to late or failed delivery.

2.7 Repeat Orders

Repeat orders are recurring purchases at the frequency selected by you, such as weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Buy Once remains the default unless you actively select a repeat order. A repeat order is not a fixed-term contract and may be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time using your account or by contacting us, subject to the cut-off shown for the next dispatch.

Unless a different cut-off is displayed, changes to the next repeat order must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch. At or shortly after the cut-off, payment may be authorised or taken and the order may enter preparation. Changes made after the cut-off may apply only to later dispatches.

Current repeat order prices, discounts and delivery charges are shown before enrolment and at checkout. We may change future repeat order pricing or delivery terms by giving reasonable advance notice. A change will not affect an order already charged or locked for preparation.

If a payment fails, we may retry payment, contact you, suspend the affected dispatch or pause the repeat order. You remain responsible for keeping payment and contact details current.

2.8 Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning the day after delivery, and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You may handle the goods only as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way you could reasonably inspect them in a shop.

Products cut, made or mixed to your specification (for example custom-printed or cut-to-size items) are excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right. Full details of how to cancel and return goods, including who pays return costs, are set out in the Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law where goods are faulty, unsafe, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

2.9 Product safety and recalls

We may suspend, withdraw, replace or recall a product where required by a supplier, manufacturer or regulator, or where we reasonably identify a safety risk. We may use the contact information attached to the affected order to send safety instructions, and you should follow any such instructions.

2.10 Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale or use the service unlawfully. Website content, branding, text, graphics and layout are owned by or licensed to us and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

2.11 Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, or for business losses where you use the service for commercial purposes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

2.12 Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact info@rangepack.co.uk with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period. This complaints process does not restrict your statutory rights.

2.13 Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, any mandatory consumer rights and any right to bring proceedings in your local courts are not affected.

2.14 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version that applies to an order is the version made available when that order was placed. Material changes to a repeat order arrangement will be communicated in advance where required.
