Delivery

Delivery policy.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

6.1 Delivery area

We deliver across the United Kingdom by tracked courier. Some remote locations (for example certain Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands addresses) may be subject to a longer delivery estimate or a courier surcharge; any such difference is shown at checkout before payment.

6.2 Delivery charges

  • No minimum order value.
  • Standard UK delivery charge: £3.99 for eligible orders below £40.
  • Free standard delivery: automatically applied to eligible orders of £40 or more.
  • WELCOME10: 10% off one eligible first order by a new customer, one use per customer, subject to successful entry of the code at checkout. The discount applies to products, not to the delivery charge.

The charges shown at checkout control where they differ because of an authorised temporary promotion, provided the full price is displayed before payment.

6.3 Dispatch cut-off

  • Same-day dispatch cut-off: 2:00 pm (UK time) on working days, subject to stock and operational capacity.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day.
  • Delivery estimate: 2-3 working days from dispatch for standard UK addresses.

We may adjust the cut-off or suspend same-day dispatch where stock, courier collection times, weather or other operational conditions make it impracticable. The estimate shown at checkout is the current authoritative one.

6.4 Delivery times

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service. Courier network conditions, weather and location may affect arrival time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an update where a material delay is known, and tracking information is provided for every parcel.

6.5 Address, access and contact information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, postcode, telephone number and any access instructions. Please tell us about flats, gates, concierge arrangements or access limitations that may affect delivery. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused solely by materially inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

6.6 Receiving the order

You do not need to be home: packaging goods are not perishable, and the courier may deliver to a nominated safe place or neighbour where you have provided instructions, or leave a card and attempt redelivery under the courier's standard process. Please check the parcel promptly on arrival and report any damage to us with photographs where possible.

6.7 Safe-place and neighbour instructions

You may provide instructions to leave an order with a named neighbour or in a specified safe place. Where the courier follows suitable instructions with reasonable care, the order may be recorded as delivered, subject always to your statutory rights. We recommend choosing a dry, secure location - paper and board packaging is sensitive to rain.

6.8 Missed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will normally leave a card or send a notification with redelivery or collection options through the tracking link. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of absence, access problems or materially inaccurate information, we may deduct the reasonable outbound and return carriage costs actually incurred from any refund, or agree a redelivery with you. We will assess each case fairly and will not restrict statutory rights where we were at fault.

6.9 Delay, cancellation or inability to deliver

If we cannot dispatch or deliver within a reasonable time of the estimate, we will contact you and offer a reasonable alternative, which may include a later dispatch date or a refund for the affected order. Where delivery by an agreed date is essential and consumer law gives you a right to cancel, that right is not affected.

6.10 Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost in the courier network, contact us with your order number and photographs where possible. We will replace or refund affected items in accordance with the Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy. You will not be asked to pursue the courier yourself.
